Our Leadership & Governance
Accountable Leadership for a Healthier Liberia
CHAL is governed by a committed leadership structure that upholds the organisation’s Christian mission and ensures member facilities across Liberia receive the strategic direction they need. Our three-tier governance model — the Annual General Meeting, Board of Directors, and Senior Management Team — ensures transparency, accountability, and sound stewardship of our resources and programmes.
Organisational Structure
How We Are Organised
CHAL operates under a three-tier governance model: the Annual General Assembly sets strategic direction, the Board of Directors provides oversight, and the Executive Director leads day-to-day operations across programme delivery, finance, logistics, and the Drugs Supply Unit.
High-level strategic oversight and institiutional integrity
